Open to boys and girls 2nd-8th grade. No experience or equipment necessary.

This is the perfect way to introduce your son or daughter to the fastest game on two feet! 

2 Different Locations:

• Tuesday/Thursday  Lake Forest or Monday/Wednesday in  San Juan Capistrano
  • Lake Forest: 4:00-5:00pm
  • San Juan Capistrano: 5:00-6:00pm
• September Session: 9/5-9/28
• October Session: 10/3-10/26

Age Groups:

• Boys & Girls: 2nd-8th grade
• Groups will be broken up based on age during clinics

What to bring:

• Water bottle
• Athletic clothes/shoes
• Cleats encouraged but not necessary

This is one our most popular programs.  Run & Gun is a series of clinics & small field games, focused on fundamentals and skill development including scrimmages and small field games to bring new & intermediate players up to competition level before our main season begins in Winter.

General Outline for Session Plans:

• Mondays or Tuesdays focus on individual skill development, agility and conditioning.
• Wednesday or Thursdays focus on games!  Games vary week to week from small field games to various situational games.

Cost: $425

This is the most competitive program for the fall season.  Compete against other OC teams in the South County Box Lacrosse League.  This league includes 2 practices per week and weekend games (Saturday OR Sunday games).  This is designed for players with at least 2 seasons of lacrosse experience. 

Dates:

• Monday/Wednesday practices begin 8/28
• Last games weekend of late October

3 Different Age Groups

• HS (2 teams: JV/Var) - 3:00-5:00pm
• 5th/6th (1 team) - 5:00-7:00pm (subject to change)
• 7th/8th (1 team ) - 5:00-7:00pm (subject to change)

• 3 Via Positiva, San Juan Capistrano

Game Locations:

• TBD based on league schedule: Rink locations in Irvine, San Juan Capistrano & Corona
