Program Details

• Dates: April 22-May 27
• Tuesday evenings @ Lake Forest Sports Park
• Time: 5:00-6:30pm
• Cost: $160
• Open to new & returning girls, grades 3-5. 
• All players will get a Rebels reversible jersey

What to Expect:

• Each session = Training + Games
• 30-45 minutes of skills/fundamental training
• 45-60 minutes of small field games (½ field games, 3v3 small field games, etc.)
• Small fields, small goals, LOTS of games
• Focus of our Spring program is on having fun, learning & improving!

Equipment: 

• Sticks & goggles available for new players
• Returning players should have sticks, mouthpiece & goggles

• 8 Week Season
• Practices Tuesday/Thursday @ Lake Forest Sports Park
  • 3rd-6th grade: 5:00-6:30
  • 7th-8th grade: 6:30-8:00

Leagues & Formats:

• 3rd-4th: 6v6
• 5th/6th - Beginner/Novice: 6v6
• 5th/6th - Experienced/Advanced: 8v8
• 7th/8th: 10v10

Important Dates

• First Practice: 3/25
• First Weekend of Games: 4/5-6
• Last Practice: 5/15
• Last Weekend of Games: 5/17-18

Experience & Equipment

• All players must provide their own gear including: Stick, helmet, arm pads, shoulder pads, gloves, mouthpiece & cleats.
• This is a competitive league - players should have some experience (beginner clinics ok)
• We always try to build teams that will put players in the best position to learn the game, have fun & develop as athletes and teammates - this usually means a mix of experience levels on some teams, while some teams will be more "advanced" or "beginner" level depending on registration.
